Dancefx Policies and Important Information

Registration, Tuition, and Late Payments

When registering for classes at Dancefx, clients enter a contract from the date of registration through the remainder of the dance session. The 2022-2023 session includes both Fall and Spring. A once-annual registration fee and the first month of tuition are due upon registration. Tuition will be paid by cash, check, or automatically charged to the credit card provided on the 1st of each month for youth tuition and the 15th of each month for adult tuition or summer tuition. For any payment method other than credit card autopay, an additional monthly $5 processing fee is added to the cost of tuition. Tuition payments received later than the end of the business day on the 5th of each month (for youth) or the 20th of each month(for adults and summer) will be charged a $15 late fee. For accounts that are more than one month overdue, an additional charge of 15% of the balance will be charged to the account. The account balance must be paid before the dancer can resume classes. Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Withdraw Policy

If you choose to discontinue dance classes before the end of the session, Dancefx must be notified in writing or by emailing harlee@dancefx.org for adult students and kaitlin@dancefx.org for youth students five business day prior to the tuition due date and a $10 withdraw fee must be paid. Dancers will be responsible for paying monthly tuition if the withdraw process was not completed before the tuition due date.

If a dancer is unable to attend their regularly scheduled class, Dancefx will allow the dancer to make up this class with a different class of similar age and/or level. Make up classes must be used within the season they were missed. Make up classes cannot be saved and used during another session. No refund will be given for any unused make up classes.
