FIT Class: Core Conditioning w/ Anna Maria

This Core class is 45 minutes of mostly mat work focusing on the core and surrounding areas. Movements may be modified as needed based on past injuries and personal goals. All dancers and parents are welcome!

Need: 2 sets of weights  (heavy 8-10 lb and light 5-8lb) and a yoga mat.
