Body Conditioning is an overall workout incorporating cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. Movements may be modified as needed based on past injuries and personal goals. This is open to all dancers and parents!
Need: 2 sets of weights (heavy 8-10 lb and light 5-8lb) and a yoga mat.
